Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@babyChoice.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
